Mayo Medical Laboratories Announces Website Updates

Mayo Medical Laboratories (MML) has launched new website updates, which include significant updates to our Test Catalog, Test Ordering, and Test Updates sections.

A brief video about these changes is below:

Test Catalog

The Test Catalog section has been redesigned to include all test-related content. Sections have been renamed and prioritized around the primary tasks and actions of website users.

The Interpretive Handbook is now located in the Test Catalog section.

Also found in this section are New York State Informed Consent Tests and Reflex Tests under Tests by Classification Type.

Ordering and Results

To better reflect the content within the existing Test Ordering section, it was renamed to Ordering and Results.

A few of the changes to this section include renaming Test Add-On Request to Add Test to Order, and adding a Getting Started web page to assist new clients.

The Critical Values and Results test list and policy information is now located in this section, and it includes a link to the Critical Values Notifications form.

Customer Service

The policy information in the Customer Service section has been updated to merge all Mayo Medical Laboratories policy information into one view. The tabs within this section provide detailed information about test performance, quality and compliance, terms of use, and privacy.
