PathWays Case Study: December 8

A 25-year-old male presented to a local emergency department after a serious fall.  Initial laboratory studies revealed pancytopenia. Patient was referred for a bone marrow aspirate and biopsy (bone marrow aspirate is shown in images 1–3 ).
