PathWays Case Study: March 8

As the laboratory manager, you are responsible for your laboratory's daily operation and this position can make you feel as if the problems of the entire lab are yours to bear. It’s Monday morning and your to-do list is 12 items deep. You have already fielded three questions, which have interrupted your dedicated work time. You are about to lead a very important meeting and are anxiously preparing to get on your way because it starts in 10 minutes. Just as you start for the door, your lead technologist comes in to ask, “Have you got a minute?”
