PathWays Case Study: Nov. 15

A 27-year-old woman with a history of easy bruising, nosebleeds, and menorrhagia had a peripheral smear evaluation as shown. Platelet aggregation studies were performed and showed hypoaggregation using ristocetin as an agonist, but were otherwise normal.
