PathWays Case Study: Nov. 22
A 62-year-old man with a history of mitral valve replacement 25 years prior, presented with dyspnea on exertion. Transthoracic echocardiography and cardiac computed tomography (CT) revealed a 7.0 cm right atrial mass. Surgical resection revealed the mass was adherent to the free wall of the right atrium.
