PathWays Case Study: March 14

The case below is from a 46-year-old with an enlarged right inguinal lymph node. FNA was performed and smear, core biopsy tissue H&E, and IHC images are shown here. Per clinic note, she has an extensive past medical history of multiple malignancies, including right breast DCIS at age 36, papillary thyroid cardinoma at age 37, pelvic leiomyosarcoma at age 37, melanomas at ages 40 and 41, a second primary leiomyosarcoma at age 43, and FIGO 1 endometrial carcinoma at age 45.
