Mayo Medical Laboratories is approved as a provider of continuing education programs in the Clinical Laboratory Sciences by the ASCLS P.A.C.E.® Program. This program has been approved for a maximum of 10 P.A.C.E.® contact hours. The level of instruction for this program is intermediate.

State of California/State of Florida

Mayo Medical Laboratories is approved as a Continuing Education Accrediting Agency for Clinical Laboratory Science for State of California and State of Florida credit. Florida Board of Clinical Laboratory Personnel has designated this program for General credit. The level of instruction for this program is intermediate. This program has been approved for 10 contact hours.

Faculty Disclosure

Course director(s), planning committee, faculty, and all others who are in a position to control the content of this educational activity are required to disclose all relevant financial relationships with any commercial interest related to the subject matter of the educational activity. National Physician Payment Transparency Program

Mayo Medical Laboratories is not an applicable manufacturer or applicable group purchasing organization (GPO). (GPOs, per the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, and this program do not trigger any reporting requirements pursuant to Open Payments [Sunshine Act] legislation.)



Registration includes tuition, access to a comprehensive course syllabus on a secure app, continental breakfasts, lunches, break refreshments, and a reception. • Early bird registration fee is $550 and increases to $650 after August 1, 2017.


Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your participation in this conference on or before August 19, 2017, your registration fee, less a $75 administrative fee, will be refunded. The Mayo Medical Laboratories Education Department must receive written notification of your cancellation. No refunds will be made after August 20, 2017. Mayo Medical Laboratories reserves the right to cancel or postpone any conference due to unforeseen circumstances. In the unlikely event Mayo Medical Laboratories must cancel or postpone this conference, Mayo Medical Laboratories will refund the registration fee but is not responsible for any related costs, charges, or expenses to participants, including fees assessed by airline/travel/lodging agencies.

Travel and lodging arrangements are the responsibility of the individual registrant. To receive the special conference rate, you must book your reservation online or by calling the hotel no later than August 19, 2017. Reservations will be taken following this date based on space and rate availability. Please identify yourself as a participant of the Mayo Clinic Leveraging the Laboratory 2017 Conference when making your reservation. Mayo Medical Laboratories is not responsible for expenses incurred by an individual who is not confirmed and for whom space is not available at the meeting. Costs incurred by the registrant such as airline or hotel fees or penalties are the responsibility of the registrant.


Daily parking is $36.75 per day. Overnight parking is $50.24 per vehicle, per day.
