An 18-year-old woman without significant past medical history first noticed a non-tender lump in her left breast one month prior. She denied other complaints such as breast pain or nipple discharge. On physical exam, she was well-appearing with a palpable mass in the left breast but no appreciable lymphadenopathy. Targeted ultrasound shows a 5.5 cm. circumscribed, oval mass at the area of palpable concern.
