January 2018 — Anatomic Pathology

​A 46-year-old woman presented for surgical management of endometriosis and underwent a total hysterectomy and bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy. In addition to typical-appearing leiomyomata, a well-circumscribed, soft, yellow tumor was identified.
