This presentation is to assist leaders in contemplating their current leadership styles and developing their potential for growth. After gaining practical knowledge on how to implement the top five most important behaviors for successful leadership, leaders will be able to effectively coach others in developing problem-solving skills using the Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) scientific methodology.
