Leadership Examined: An Analysis of Styles and Influences

This virtual lecture will provide an overview of eight common leadership styles, including a common definition and characteristics that ideal leaders demonstrate. Finally, the lecture will cover how aspects of nature and nurture influence our leadership styles by examining the common personality traits that define the four colors of NCTI’s Real Colors personality assessment.

Objectives

Upon completion of this program, participants should be able to:

  • Identify characteristics of leadership.
  • Describe eight different leadership styles.
  • Recognize influences to on our leadership style.

Intended Audience

This program is appropriate for clinicians, pathologists, medical technologists, nurses, pharmacists, and other allied health staff.
