Time is limited. Time is more valuable than gold. This “Continual Improvement Webinar” will allow leaders and future leaders to discover how to organize their time efficiently to be effective leaders while at work to put the “life” back into work/life balance. This means learning how to manage 12 hours of work in the typical 8-hour day to reclaim personal time by using “leader standard work.” Developing the leaders of tomorrow means today’s leaders need to model good time management skills and personal accountability in accomplishing essential work, in order to leave at the end of the day to enjoy a healthy work/life balance.
