Having set up and managed numerous health systems courier integrated transportation networks in the Midwest, including Mayo Clinic, I think you all did a great job addressing the challenges and benefits of each model. At the end of the day, it is a people business, the people are only as good as the tools/equipment they are given, and the leaders that are managing and training them. Intention goes a long way and nothing is more important than the couriers aligning with the values of the health system which they are providing service for.
