Empowering our Employees During Challenging Times
Missed the 2023 live Phlebotomy Conference? This two-day virtual conference remix will offer the opportunity to view select recordings from this year’s live conference and get questions answered in real time from the presenters. Register and participate to learn techniques for staffing, engagement, and retention, to help empower employees. Attendees will have the opportunity to select from a phlebotomist or supervisor track based on their role and specific areas of interest. Finally, there will be a question-and-answer session featuring a panel of phlebotomy supervisors, phlebotomy educators, and human resources staff.

Cost: The cost to attend this two-day afternoon conference is $100. This is the same fee whether you choose the supervisor track or the phlebotomist track.

Mayo Clinic Laboratories is approved as a provider of continuing education programs in the Clinical Laboratory Sciences by the ASCLS P.A.C.E.® program. This program has been approved for a maximum of 5.0 P.A.C.E.® contact hours for the supervisor track, and 4.0 P.A.C.E.® for the phlebotomist track.

Mayo Clinic Laboratories is approved as a Continuing Education Accrediting Agency for Clinical Laboratory Sciences for the State of California. This program has been approved for 5.0 contact hours for the supervisor track, and 4.0 contact hours for the phlebotomist track.

Mayo Clinic Laboratories is approved as a Continuing Education Accrediting Agency for the clinical laboratory sciences for the State of Florida. The Florida Board of Clinical Laboratory Personnel has designated this program for 5 contact hours of Supervision/Administration, Quality Control/Quality Assurance, and Safety credits for the supervisor track, and 4 contact hours of General credit for the phlebotomist track.
If you cancel your participation in this conference on or before 09/28/23, your registration fee, less a $25 administrative fee, will be refunded. Mayo Clinic Laboratories' Education Department must receive written notification of your cancellation. No refunds will be made after 09/28/23.
