Situational awareness is knowing and understanding what is happening around you, whether it be at work, at home, or while traveling. It requires being alert for threats to safety and security that can happen anywhere, at any time, and being able to respond appropriately. Effective situational awareness reduces the risk of victimization and prepares you to identify, avoid, or react to these situations. This microlearning will help you learn to incorporate security awareness tips into your daily routine.
