New Tests Launched in April

In April 2019, Mayo Clinic Laboratories announced nine new tests along with numerous reference value changes, obsolete tests, and algorithm changes.

New Tests

These new tests were launched in April 2019 by Mayo Clinic Laboratories:

• BCOR Immunostain, Technical Component Only (Mayo ID: BCOR)
• Chikungunya Virus, PCR, Molecular Detection, Spinal Fluid (Mayo ID: CHIKC)
• Copeptin proAVP, Plasma (Mayo ID: CPAVP)
• Delta-Like 3 Protein (DLL3) (SP347), Semi-Quantitative Immunohistochemistry, Manual, Tissue (Mayo ID: DLL3)
• Methlythioadenosine Phosphorylase (MTAP) Immunostain, Tech Only (Mayo ID: MTAP)
• Orexin A, Spinal Fluid (Mayo ID: ORXNA)
