News conference focuses on Mayo Clinic front-line workers

Aimee Boerger, a technical specialist in Clinical Virology and Parasitology at Mayo Clinic, participated in a virtual news conference on Dec. 15 hosted by Mayo Clinic that featured the stories and experiences of front-line health care workers during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Boerger was one of five Mayo staff members at the event, and she offered a unique perspective as the only one from a laboratory environment working with COVID-19 testing.
