Hurricane Francine made landfall today in Louisiana and is expected to affect areas in the United States, including Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee, and Texas.

FedEx has recommended that shipments are held today and potentially tomorrow as it anticipates the storm will impact its Memphis operations. In response, Mayo Clinic Laboratories will divert shipments, where possible, from FedEx to other carriers to avoid potential delays. We continue to monitor and track the situation with our logistics partners to minimize challenges. Clients in the affected areas should expect to be contacted directly if any routes are modified or canceled.

We will continue to provide updates on the situation as needed. For more information, please contact Customer Service at 800-533-1710 and ask to be forwarded to the Global Logistics specialist.
