Autopsy Lab – Lean Transformation

Overview
This webinar will provide an in-depth look at the efforts to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Autopsy Lab through Lean principles. The Lean transformation focuses on creating a supportive and engaged culture, where managers act as coaches and mentors, and frontline staff are empowered to solve problems proactively.
The presentation will outline the steps taken to set the foundation for Lean transformation. During the webinar, we will also review results of the transformation, which include increased productivity, reduced overtime usage, and improved employee satisfaction.
