Overview
Knowing where there is excess capacity and where there is not is a critical piece for the growth of our medical practice and outreach programs. This webinar will provide an outline for calculating and displaying available laboratory capacity that can be used in coordination with practice and outreach growth plans.

- Develop strategic growth plan options that integrate laboratory capacity assessments with organizational goals.

This webinar is appropriate for laboratory administrators and managers, safety coordinators, quality assurance and control staff, supervisors, and other laboratory personnel who are dedicated to safety, continuous quality, and process improvement.
