Domestic clients:

The temporary disruption at the FedEx hub in Memphis, Tennessee, due to a chemical spill is still ongoing. It has delayed some inbound and outbound shipments.

If FedEx is your carrier, our team is actively working to reroute work where it is possible to minimize downstream impacts. Currently, we are holding IHC tech only stains until normal shipping operations resume to ensure quality and continuity of service.

We recommend that clients that ship on their own via FedEx hold their samples until Monday.

We will provide updates as conditions change and will release held work as soon as it is feasible to do so safely and reliably. If you have questions, please contact Customer Service at 800-533-1710 and ask to be forwarded to the Global Logistics Specialist.
