Creating Effective SOPs: A Framework for Clarity and Consistency

Clear steps and procedures for completing jobs and tasks help systems and people function better, and they can save time and effort. Well-written, effective procedures that can improve the quality of work within the organization help to reduce the number of errors and omissions and assist new staff in performing tasks quickly and effectively. This microlearning will review differences between procedures, policies, and guidelines, as well as tips for creating effective standard operating procedures (SOPs).
