A high-functioning nonconformance management system is a crucial component of regulatory/accreditation compliance, client satisfaction, and continual process improvement.
This “Continual Improvement” webinar provides an overview of the event management process deployed by the Mayo Clinic Department of Laboratory Medicine and Pathology. Additional topics that will be explored include nonconformance management culture, employee feedback cycles, escalation pathways including root cause analysis, and metrics.
