Back to School: Teaching Others to See and Report Safety in the Workplace
Regardless of our role in healthcare — and especially as leaders, managers, and supervisors — we all have a responsibility to identify and report all patient safety events. It's important that we not focus only on the events that cause patient harm, but also near misses. In this microlearning, we’ll review five crucial patient safety practices that everyone can utilize to promote patient safety while also educating others and improving processes to avoid future events.
