The Gift of Guidance: Effective Coaching
Coaching in the workplace is a way of developing and empowering others. Instead of providing solutions or giving advice, an effective coach guides conversations in an effort to encourage others to brainstorm their own ideas, solutions, and strategies for problem-solving. This microlearning will discuss ways to become an effective coach and guide your colleagues and teams toward improvements and successes.
