Middle East Conflict

Operational Update

Updated March 2nd at 11AM CST

For clients in Saudia Arabia

Due to the current situation affecting the region, with airport and airspace closures, Mayo Clinic Laboratories is closely monitoring shipments en route. Based on the outcome of these shipments, we will provide further direction.

During this time, Mayo Clinic Laboratories will also temporarily pause all supply shipments, as well as anatomic pathology blocks and slides. These decisions were made thoughtfully, with a focus on maintaining the integrity of your materials and minimizing disruptions.

Please know that we will continue to assess the situation and share updates as additional information is available.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding. If you have any questions or require further assistance, contact us at RSTMMLTRANSINTL@mayo.edu or contact your regional service representative.

At this time, Mayo Clinic Laboratories will also temporarily pause all supply shipments, as well as anatomic pathology blocks and slides. These decisions were made thoughtfully, with a focus on maintaining the integrity of your materials and minimizing disruptions.

Please know that we are closely monitoring the situation and will continue to assess developments, sharing updates as soon as additional information is available.

We truly appreciate your understanding. If you have any questions or require further assistance, contact us at RSTMMLTRANSINTL@mayo.edu or contact your regional service representative.
