Overview
In this online lecture, Richard Winters, M.D., explores common myths about burnout, the relationship between burnout and moral injury, and practical ways to move toward well-being through organizational, collegial, and individual strategies. Participants will leave with a framework for recognizing contributors to burnout and identifying actionable approaches to support resilience, recovery, and professional well-being.
