Spring Refresh: Respectful Communication
Respectful workplace communication is essential to building a healthy, productive environment. When employees communicate with clarity and consideration, it reduces stress, strengthens collaboration and trust among colleagues, fosters a positive company culture, and can even lower turnover rates. This microlearning will identify the benefits of respectful communication, identify respectful communication considerations, and discuss ways to improve nonverbal communication.
