This presentation explores how clinical laboratories are moving beyond the bench to become strategic drivers of value across the healthcare continuum. Framed within the current realities of industry disruption, workforce constraints, and shifting care and payment models, the session highlights how laboratories contribute to improved patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and financial performance. Through selected use cases and practical examples, participants will gain a clearer understanding of how laboratory data, expertise, and alignment support patient-centered care and why the laboratory is a foundational asset for health system success in a value-based landscape.
