In this microlearning, you’ll explore a structured approach to continuous improvement using DMAIC, A3 thinking, and Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA). This microlearning will review how these methods can work together to define and measure a problem, identify root causes, test potential solutions, and sustain successful improvements.
