Fundamentals of Phlebotomy

Module 2

This module will include the fundamentals of phlebotomy, with the goal of furthering your knowledge and skills on your journey as a phlebotomist. An in-depth look at the patient experience, patient privacy, and the inpatient and outpatient identification process will be reviewed. In addition, the legal considerations that a phlebotomist needs to be aware of and a summary of key phlebotomy terminology will be shared.
