Greetings. Our samples came from Riyadh,KSA and I don’t know its shipment route. Unfortunately, I have only seen this reminder today, so we have shipped our samples yesterday. I hope all is well w/ our samples.

Is this hold still in effect? we have received conflicting information on the date we can ship specimens

Hi Julie, The hold on non-frozen specimens is still on. We will remove it tomorrow. FedEx still has cancelled flights, UPS is a day delayed, and Delta has a complete embargo on our specimen shipments. These restrictions should end after tonight, so we can get back to normal.
