To access the DEX Z codes, you must first register through DEX.
After registering through DEX, log into mayocliniclabs.com and search for "z codes" in the upper right corner of the web page. The user must attest to being a registered user of the DEX Diagonstic Exchange by clicking the blue "Access DEX Z-Codes" button. An Excel spreadsheet will open to display the Z codes.
