Updated authentication for MayoACCESS client test environment

This migration took place on March 28, 2021.

Mayo Clinic Laboratories has migrated the MayoACCESS client test application to the authentication service used across Mayo Clinic so you can now sign in to both MayoACCESS and the Mayo Clinic Laboratories website with the same email address and password.

Important: To ensure uninterrupted access, if your site limits access by using a firewall, ask your IT department to allow port 13000 in your security system.

Port: 443 (existing) and 13000 (new)

The updated MayoACCESS sign-in screen appears as follows. You must sign in with your email address and password. The first time you sign in, you might need to reset your password and select a security question.
