Note: Boosters may be considered for all Americans in the future. At this time, the recommended vaccination schedule for most Americans remains one dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine, and two doses of Moderna and Pfizer. The CDC recommends three doses of Moderna and Pfizer for immunocompromised patients.
