HMEP | Hemiplegic Migraine With or Without Epilepsy Gene Panel, Varies

This test is useful for establishing a molecular diagnosis in individuals with hemiplegic migraine.

LPSC1 | Lipid Panel, Serum

This test is useful for managing atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease risk using serum specimens.

MCP2Z | MECP2 Gene, Full Gene Analysis, Varies

This test is useful for establishing a molecular diagnosis in individuals with features of Rett syndrome and MECP2-related disorders. In addition, identifying pathogenic variants within the MECP2 gene known to be associated with Rett syndrome and MECP2-related disorders, allowing for predictive testing of at-risk family members.

MSCG | Collagenofibrotic Glomerulopathy Confirmation, Mass Spectrometry

This test is useful for aiding in the diagnosis of collagenofibrotic glomerulopathy.

MSFNG | Fibronectin Glomerulopathy Confirmation, Mass Spectrometry

This test is useful for aiding in the diagnosis of fibronectin glomerulopathy.

NHDCH | Cholesterol, Non-High-Density Lipoprotein (HDL), Calculated, Serum

This test is intended for the calculation of non-high-density lipoprotein cholesterol for the work up of cardiovascular risk and managing atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease risk.

NTC3Z | NOTCH3 Gene, Full Gene Analysis, Varies

This test is useful for establishing a molecular diagnosis in individuals with features of cerebral autosomal dominant arteriopathy with subcortical infarcts and leukoencephalopathy (CADASIL) and NOTCH3-related disorders.

PBNP1 | NT-Pro B-Type Natriuretic Peptide, Serum

This test aids in the diagnosis of congestive heart failure using serum specimens.

PIK3B | Cell-Free DNA PIK3CA Test, Blood

This test is useful for the identification of hormone receptor positive and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 negative (HR+/HER2-) advanced breast cancer tumors that may be eligible for treatment with targeted kinase inhibitor therapy (eg, alpelisib).

PIK3T | PIK3CA Mutation Analysis, Tumor
