New Year, New Drive: Motivate Your Team to Thrive

Employee motivation refers to the amount of energy, dedication, and creativity that employees bring to work every day. When employees are motivated, they’re more likely to bring their best selves to work and achieve great things. Most of the time, active and engaged employees make greater contributions to a work unit than tired, unengaged, and unmotivated ones. This microlearning will discuss tips for understanding different motivating factors, how to leverage those factors, and how to recognize employees' positive energy and engagement.
