Recent weather events affecting specimen transport to Mayo Clinic Laboratories have resolved. All specimen transport has returned to normal operations.

Due to the fluid nature of the weather situation involving the FedEx hub in Memphis, Tennessee, we are recommending the following for clients:
Clients on courier routes: If you are a client on a courier route, we are attempting to place your work on UPS or another commercial option. If a UPS or commercial option is not available, you will receive a notice that your routes have been canceled.
Clients who self-ship: If you are a client who ships on your own, please hold your shipments if you use FedEx or use UPS as an alternate shipper.
