PPE Pocket Cards

The following resources can be used as a reminder for staff on the order of putting on and taking off PPE. The pocket cards can be formatted for two different paper sizes based on the number of cards that need to be printed. Print the pocket cards back-to-back and cut out the cards to share with staff. You may customize the pocket cards to meet your facility’s needs.
