Clinical Chemistry Textbook Features Mayo Contributors

There are more Mayo Clinic contributors in the sixth edition of the Tietz Textbook of Clinical Chemistry and Molecular Diagnostics than from any other institution—a noteworthy accomplishment. This acknowledgment made its way to Mayo's Executive Board, as noted in this previously published article, and recognized by Nadar Rafai, Ph.D., editor of this textbook as well as Clinical Chemistry, a frequently read journal in the Laboratory Medicine community.

This book, referred to as the “flagship” tome for the field of laboratory medicine and pathology, highlights the expertise of hundreds of subject-matter experts from around the world.
