The Activity Metric Dashboard is live!  

We are excited to share that the Activity Metrics Dashboard is now live on We heard your feedback and created these reports to provide a more integrated, intuitive and customized experience on our website. 

Benefits of the new dashboards include:  

  • Clients can now interact with reporting data for canceled tests, volume of tests, turn around time, and service touchpoints all from the website.  
  • You can also pull reports as needed – closer to real-time (updated daily vs. monthly) as well as export/manipulate the data. 

The initial Activity Metric Dashboard includes:  

  • Volumes: Orderable volume of tests by client account number.  
  • Canceled tests: View details on order cancellations on pre-analytic and specimen handling issues including lost specimens.  
  • Turnaround time: Calculates from specimen receipt at Mayo Clinic Laboratories to result reporting.  
  • Service touchpoints: Total service touchpoints by primary or secondary reason code.  

Additional dashboards will be rolled out in the near future.
