Activity Metrics Dashboard

We are excited to share that the Activity Metrics Dashboard is now live on We heard your feedback and created this dashboard to provide a more integrated, intuitive and customized experience on our website. 

Benefits of Activity Metrics  

You can now interact with data for Canceled Tests, Critical Callbacks, Revised Tests, Service Touchpoints, Turnaround Time, and Volume reports all from the website. Data is presented showing the previous 13 full months of historical data to help identify trends.

You can also view information as needed – closer to real-time (updated daily vs. monthly) as well as export/manipulate the data.

Activity Metrics currently includes:

  • Summary: Highlights of key metrics from the other dashboards. 
  • Canceled tests: Details on order cancellations on pre-analytic and specimen handling issues including lost specimen.  
  •  Critical call backs: Test results that require critical alerts to clients.  
  •  Service touchpoints: Total service touchpoints from MLI listed by primary or secondary reason code. 
  •  Turn-around time: Calculates from specimen receipt at MCL to result reported. 
  •  Volumes: Orderable volume of tests by client account number.  

Additional reports will be rolled out in the near future.

Launching Activity Metrics from 

  1. Click on My Dashboard (top right-hand corner) of your screen
  2. Metrics & Reports
  3. Activity Metrics tab
