Ability to create rules to send emails for transmitted orders
Users can create rules to send emails when orders are transmitted.

Testing Notification Rules
When testing a Notification Rule, users will be able to choose to view either orders that match the rule's conditions and would trigger an email, or all orders.
When a user clicks the TEST link for a Notification Rule, the TEST NOTIFICATION RULE page displays orders that match the rule Conditions from the last 90 days. The user can toggle to view all orders from the past 90 days and change the search criteria for the orders to display.
If only matching orders are displayed, a message appears.
Other changes have been made to the page, including changes to the Order Date quick links and expansion of the maximum date range to one year.

Users will be able to inactivate a rule that contains an obsolete Test ID. If the rule is inadvertently inactivated, the user will be able to activate the rule, but will be unable to save any other changes without changing the Test ID.
When testing a rule, users will be unable to export more than 4,000 orders to a CSV file. If more than 4,000 orders are displayed, the Export to CSV link is disabled and a message will appear.

Users who have access to generic orderable (GO) or formatted text (FT) tests now can use a new Conditions feature. This feature enables users to create rules for sending emails whenever a GO or FT test result becomes available. Upon selecting this option, a notification email will be automatically sent whenever either a GO or FT result is accessible. Additionally, users have the flexibility to include supplementary conditions according to their preferences.
