Case 8A Image | A 28-year-old woman with no prior medical history presented to the emergency department with right lower quadrant abdominal pain. There was a clinical concern for acute appendicitis and so a CT-scan was performed. On the scan a 7.8cm mass in the right lobe of the liver was identified. The mass was resected.
