1. How do I ship my samples to Mayo Clinic Laboratories?

Mayo Clinic Laboratories provides shipping supplies to our clients. Supplies can be ordered here.

We also offer specimen transportation solutions based on individual client needs. Contact your commercial account representative to learn more.

2. When will my test results be available?

For each test, this information is in the online test catalog. You can locate it in the Performance tab under the heading “Result Available.”

3. What educational opportunities exist for Mayo Clinic Laboratories clients?

The exchange of medical knowledge is a founding principle of Mayo Clinic. In this tradition, Mayo Clinic Laboratories provides a wide range of in-person, live online, and on-demand education opportunities for our clients. Mayo Clinic Laboratories physicians and allied health staff, many of whom have written the guidelines for practice in their field, are committed to sharing their knowledge with as many people as possible.

4. How will I be notified when new tests are available or when existing tests are down?

You can sign up to receive email notifications about test updates such as fee changes and test status at your client portal.
