Digital images for tech-only immunohistochemical (IHC) and in situ hybridization (ISH) stains

A comprehensive menu
of IHC/ISH stains

Mayo Clinic Laboratories offers pathologists more than 300 immunohistochemistry (IHC) and in situ hybridization (ISH) stains for technical-only ordering. These stains can be ordered independent of Mayo Clinic pathology consultation, allowing local pathologists the opportunity to review the immunophenotypic profile on a full spectrum of diseases and provide their own professional interpretation.

Our large internal practice and extramural consultation services, totaling more than 100,000 cases each year, enables us to validate and offer many cutting-edge and rarely used stains.

If a complex case requires a full consultation, you can request one from one of more than 90 pathologists at Mayo Clinic Laboratories.
