Phlebotomy 2024
Pathways to Excellence
This three-day virtual conference offered for just a few hours each day will offer the opportunity to learn techniques for managing burnout and ways to create a positive patient experience. Attendees will have the option to select from a phlebotomist or supervisor track based on their role and specific areas of interest. An interactive session will give participants the opportunity to submit difficult phlebotomy cases ahead of time. These will be addressed during the live program. Finally, there will be a question-and-answer session featuring a panel of phlebotomy supervisors, phlebotomy educators, and human resources staff.
The conference format balances topics of general interest, which are presented in large-group sessions, with tracks geared toward specific areas of interest.
