A 45-year-old woman presented with some unexplained discomfort in the lumbosacral spine for approximately five months, which was initially across the back and then spread toward her upper left leg. She experienced some tingling sensation in the right thigh, which then spread to both thighs and down to the feet. In the last month, there had been a sense of urinary retention. A subsequent MRI showed a 1.4 cm intrathecal enhancing mass at T11 level. She also has a recent history of left breast high-grade ductal carcinoma in situ.

A 30-year-old G2P2 woman (i.e., she has had two pregnancies and two deliveries after 24 weeks) experienced an episode of amenorrhea. While her home pregnancy test was negative, serum hCG was persistently elevated (range 90-110 mlU/ml). Ultrasonographic evaluation of her uterus showed an echogenic mass in the corpus measuring approximately 1 cm. She underwent a hysterectomy. What is the diagnosis?

A 67-year-old man presented with recent significant weight loss and painless jaundice. His past medical history included chronic alcohol use, type 2 diabetes, hypertension, and hyperlipidemia. During evaluation, he was found to have a large mass at the head of the pancreas, 10.6 x 8.1 cm, with areas of possible necrosis. He underwent upper EUS with FNA and a core biopsy.

A 34-year-old woman noticed a lump in her right breast in December 2017. By ultrasound, a 2.4 cm, well-circumscribed hypoechoic mass was seen. By MRI, a possible fibroadenoma. After a subsequent biopsy, a mastectomy was performed. See figures below:
