To prepare for the upcoming MayoACCESS 9.0 release, you must update your browser and system settings. MayoACCESS 9.0 is no longer compatible with Internet Explorer versions prior to 9.0. It is recommended that systems use Internet Explorer Version 11 to securely order tests and view results in the MayoACCESS application.
What happens if I do not update my workstation?
MayoACCESS 9.0 may not function properly and will not be secure if these updates are not completed prior to the October release.
What if I have already updated my workstation?
No action is required. However, MayoACCESS 9.0 is available for testing at https://test.mmlaccess.com. To verify your normal workflow, you can create a new order and view test results in the test environment.
To verify or update your browser and system settings, complete the following tasks:
To verify your Internet Explorer version, go to Internet Explorer and click Help > About Internet Explorer. If you are not using Internet Explorer 11, you must update your browser.
Internet Explorer compatibility view should be turned off for mmlaccess.com. To turn off compatibility view, complete the following steps:

To check the MeadCo version on your system, complete the following steps:

If these settings are not changed, the following pop-up will appear before you log in and you might encounter problems with MayoACCESS.
