A 46-year-old woman with a history of uterine leiomyomata and endometriosis presented for surgical management of endometriosis and underwent total hysterectomy and bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy. In addition to typical-appearing leiomyomata, a well-circumscribed, soft, yellow tumor was identified.
